The safe way to fix malfunctions

Unfortunately malfunctions are inevitable when working with mechanisms. The Key is to resolve malfuntions as quickly and safely as possible. But, in-the-heat-of-the-moment, pressure to restore “out-of-order” machines quickly often results in carelessness.

However we must not lose sight of the safety of our employees and our customers. Safety Institutions all over Europe are mandating safety precautions in the work-place — and laws and restrictions differ from country to country.

Back end

The back-end of the machine is protected by Sliding Barriers that prevent careless access and injury from moving parts and flying pins.
The back-end and the sides are both equipped with “Emergency Stops”.

Side protection

The sides are designed with protective barriers to prevent access from one machine to another from the front of the pinsetter. There is a barrier between every pair of machines that still provides a clear view of the machine area.

Front end

To ensure safe access to the pinsetter from the front end, a special “Light Beam”  system is installed under the masking unit.

Perfect Safeguard for AMF

The perfect way to safeguard your AMF pinsetters

After the development of our Safeguard Perfect for BR pinsetters, we can now also offer you a perfect safeguard with CE certification for your AMF pinsetters.

This Guard System meets all European regulations of security without affecting the steering system of the AMF-machinery. The system has been built accoriding to the latest legislation in the machinery directive (2006/42/EC).

Back end

the machinery is secured at the back with a top lid that can be opened easily by a glass absorber. When opening the back end, only this particular machinery is stopped.

Side and upper protection

All around the machinery steps and railings have been adjusted to minimize falls and/or stumbles. A "gull wing" at the top, opening the machinery offers safe, easy service and maintenance.

Front end

Like the Safeguard perfect, this system also ensures safe access to the pinsetter from the front end, by a special “Light Beam”  system which is installed under the masking unit.
